Following a reputable career as a Superior Court Judge, sitting in Windsor and serving the Southwest Region of Ontario, The Honourable Richard Gates has established a private practice for the purpose of conducting mediations and arbitrations.

Throughout his legal and judicial careers, spanning five decades, Richard focused on serious civil litigation matters, and was frequently approached to mediate complex and high risk lawsuits.
